Vendor/Fashion Show Application

Applications are due by Friday, August 14th, 2009

Application fee is $20, if accepted your application fee will be deducted from your booth fee so you will pay a total of $50 for 6x6ft table or $35 for a 4x4 ft table, fashion participants if accepted will be charged a $40 participation fee. We will do a combined total for those who wish to participate in both the fashion show and as & vendor. ($70 for 4x4ft & fashion participation | $85 for 6x6ft & fashion participation)

Please submit your logo (1...if you have it) and a minimum of Four (4) photographs of the products that accurately represent items you wish to display at your booth. If you do not have a business website with photos of your work, you must upload your images here. Please upload jpegs only!* Also label your images with your business/application name and a number 1-5. (example: yourname.jpg, yourname2.jpg, etc.)

Once you hit submit you will be redirected to our payment page. Payment is processed through google checkout. You do not have to have an account to remit payment through only a bank account or credit/debit card is required. Applications not accompanied by product photographs will not be considered. ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED. Incomplete applications, including those not accompanied by payment remittance will not be considered. Application submission does not guarantee placement & all payments are final.
